Soccer drill procedure

This series of drills is really effective, when the players have got accustomed to the drill sequence. Accurate passing game, keeping the running lanes and speed increase - demand all of this from your team.


At drill start, a group is at one corner of the triangle. The smaller the number of trainees, the more intense is the drill. The first group of players has a ball at each of the other two corners of the triangle is a player without the ball. The drill starts with a pass to the right or left. The passer follows the pass direction and assumes the position of the pass receiver. The pass receiver plays the ball back to the starting group. The next pass from the group is to the other side.
