The ball is alternatingly moved forward along a lane and guided around the cones in the slalom. We decided on four cones in our animation for slaloms; more cones are also possible, but we wanted to create a slightly higher speed.
Overall, we set up five series of cones. The red cones mark easy speed courses and the two rows of yellow cones each mark a slalom course each. There is not much to write about the sequence, as the players should merely dribble all the way through the course. An interesting contest springs up from the drill by simultaneously staring with another group from the other side. The players encounter each other and this gets exciting.
- Competition is possible, see description
- Always train using both legs!
- Push for increased speed
