A very complicated sequence. Don’t despair if this drill doesn’t work at first. Once it does work, this drill can become a favorite during warm up. When carried out at high speed, it is a very intensive drill.
The player "red" runs, as can be seen in the animation, through the rows. After each pass, he takes over the position of the neighboring player. The neighbor moves to the position of player “red”. The player who is practicing always passes the ball to the next position on the opposite side. Another player takes over at the end of the row. This is then repeated continuously.
