Moving away from boring warm up drills, have a look at the animation. This is what makes practice fun while still reaching learning goals. You cannot see much braiding going on in this drill. We will build up to that, going from easy to hard, even during a warm up. The passing game is conducted by the row-of-three while moving forward. The ball can be received before passing.
Three players move forward in a row. The ball is constantly passed through the row. The passing game always goes to the players on the wing via the middle position. Players change positions after every sequence.
