Soccer drill procedure

The practicing player should run swiftly down a lane between the benches and will be rewarded at the end with a shot on the goal.

Quick to set up and full of variations, this soccer drill is for when your players stand around less, then build a lane on both sides of the goal.

Description

Take two benches and make a lane, with the bench seats facing inward.

Another player is positioned in the lane. The first player starts with the ball at the entrance to the lane. He approaches the player in the lane and immediately receives the return pass. Now, the bench is used for a double pass in such a way that the player there in the lane is thereby played around. At the same time the passer runs around the player in the lane. He then uns up to the ball and takes a shot on the goal.

Variations

- Only make direct passes
- Do not pass off the bench, the player in the lane is funneled.
- After a short dribble, the ball is immediately passed off the bench.
- Two players start in the lane, one with a ball. The pass off the bench occurs so that the player on the other side runs up to the ball and takes a shot on the goal.

Soccer coach tips

- The next player starts where the person before him took a shot on the goal.
