Soccer drill procedure

The process looks confusing because many players are always in the move. Players in the center have to do the main work, who should therefore always be replaced on time.

Description

The game consists of both players in the center and four groups in corners of a rectangle. We have set up a box in the center and in corners, two cones for orientation. While looking at the process concentrate on the center of the game and on one group in a corner.

The players at the box always run from right to left and backwards to receive passes from both groups in corners which are distantly placed from each other. They always pass the ball back to the person who passed it to them.

However each player at the outer cone in the corners dirbbles to the inner cone and then pass to a player in the center. The ball comes back, it will be pulled around the cone and passed to the starting group. The person who passes will then join back his group without disturbing.

Variations

- The players join the action of the next group (clockwise)

- Start the game only with one player in the center and two groups in corners.
