“Team of six” is a drill for people skilled in combination play. Attacks from the front, from “wall players”, and also from the wings. In the penalty area comes skilful use of space, and, if the trainer wishes, defenders. Six against zero should always lead to a goal, but wait and see what happens. Encourage your players to concentrate: a goal has to be made successfully.
Please refer to the animation to find the positions of the players and the passing directions. The cone markers are only used to aid orientation; they are not strictly necessary. Each attack is carried out from the left or right wing; the starting player decides which. After the action, the players do not change places; the trainer decided whether a change happens or not.
- Only direct passing!
- With defenders
- Increase the pressure on your players, encourage concentration
