Soccer drill procedure

If the timing in the initial drill works correctly, you team should be ready for another challenge.

The progression is not significantly affected, but technically, it becomes a lot more challenging.

Description

Please read the instructions for the initial drill, the important tasks are described there. The players now drag the ball around one marking, prior to the return pass. Thereafter they retreat to the other drill side.

Variations

- The players decide whether they retreat to the right or the left after the pass, this provides diversity in the running paths.

- Ensure good form when maneuvering the ball around the marking!
