Soccer drill procedure

Two contacts with the floor per hoop – that’s the difference to the last drill. This drill sequence is great for small halls. The sequence is short, which means less time waiting for the players.

Description

As can be seen in the animation, the players run through the gymnastic hoops. Two contacts with the floor per hoop. Increase the pace of this drill from round to round, until the players are sprinting.

Variations

- A competition between groups is possible
- Include a shot on goal
