We love to do the double touching of the ball with the head in training. We refine the feeling for the ball, take away the fear of heading and practice coordination.
His teammates are throwing the ball to the player in the middle, he heads the ball into the air, turns to the other side and forwards the ball to one of the thrower. The header is changed after several tries, but this goes without saying.
