In the animation, the header is done with a run – up. For beginners it is easier to do the heading from a standing position. Start easily and intensify the drill to the diving header, if your players are no heading beginners.
Picture 3 groups. One player of the first group throws the ball to the first player of the second group, who is positioned on the byline next to the goal. From there, the player of the second group heads the ball in front of the goal, where a player of the third group tries to score by heading the ball into the goal. After this, the player goes to the respective next station.
