Soccer drill procedure

A pass combination with 2 goal-kicks in one activity is something special. The central player in action is the one at the top. He is not only in charge of the ball distribution, but is also the goal scorer. It should also be this way in the practice and that is why we train this intensely. Please watch our video of the drill, there you will find the sequence shown very precisely.


To start, we need a player at the top and three other groups, where each player will have a ball. The first pass will come from the top left side of the exercise, then a return pass, and then the attacker will position himself on the right side of the exercise. An accurate pass and then follows the goal-kick. The last passing player will take over the position at the top. Now the first player is requested to go to the central group. He passes to the top, follows his pass, receives the return pass and shoots to the goal. So is the activity completed and the sequence starts anew.
