Soccer drill procedure

Now the passers are behind the scorer. Exact passes are important, as the scorer finds it very hard to receive the ball. Passes that are exactly in line with the run-up are ideal, such that the player doesn't have to receive the ball, but shoot it directly to the goal. It is not impossible to get such a timing in the pass.

Description

The player at the yellow cone marker begins with the drill by running towards the goal. The trainer is not in the viewing range of the running player and points to the left or to the right through an arm sign. The symbolic instruction by the trainer is the signal for the players, referring to the side, on which the deep forward pass to the running player takes place. The pass may be played only when the player has run through the lane. Finally the goal shot. The passer and the scorer change the groups.
