Let’s go! Get familiar with the drill. After it’s been explained once in slow motion, the players will quickly understand this drill. You only need to make sure they keep up the pace. Keep increasing the pressure by keeping more players on the move at the same time. One player needs to be available on each side at all times for the drill to work.
Two groups stand opposite each other; each player has a ball. The first players of each group dribble towards each other. When they meet, a ball handover takes place (not a pass). The players then dribble around the cone markers, as shown in the animation, and rejoin the group they started in.
- Different dribbling techniques
- Dribble around the other side
- Competition: which group will be the first to miss the connection?
- Always train using both legs!
- Push for increased speed!
