A very intensive dribbling drill. The distances between the lines should be very small, especially when the drill is being done by children, and should not be greater than five metres. This drill is about dribbling technique, not stamina.
The ball is dribbled to the first line, and then back to the starting point. Then it is dribbled to the second line, and then back to the starting point, etc. This drill can be combined with the drills in the “Tricks” section, and with turns.
- Different dribbling techniques
- A competitive aspect can be introduced
- Correct errors individually
- An active break should be included before too long
