Soccer drill procedure

Installation of the props for this drill is somewhat elaborate if one intends to keep all players busy at the same time. We require for all some markers. The sequence is a bit exertive; therefore attention should be paid to providing ample breaks. A practice field for two pairs would actually suffice; they could drill alternatively.


The players pass the ball back and forth, as seen in the animation. The pass receiver pulls the ball around the next cone, always sideways with the sole.


- Reduce spacing between cones! The shorter the distance, the more demanding the technical dexterity of the players.
