Soccer drill procedure

You've just managed to show up for training on time, and have no more time for extensive training? This series of drills solves your problem. Quick in structure, effective, and a good entry to soccer training. Form multiple small groups so that the players don't have to stand around very long during warmup.


Two cones stand vertically, spaced from one another on the exercise field. A player is posted at the side of the forward cone and with his back to the group. This player starts the exercise by running around the cone to the ball group. In the exercise center he receives a precise pass from the starting player of the ball group. He then joins the group dribbling. The passer assumes the position at the forward cone.


- Different passing techniques
- Differently from the animation, the forward cone is staggered to the left from the rear cone.
- Position two players at the forward cone; this speeds up the action.
