The diagonal dribbling can be combined with an increase in speed.
The players run around the field of cones in two groups. The distance between the groups should remain the same. The first player in each group is responsible for keeping the correct distance. At every second cone, the groups change sides diagonally. This warm-up exercise is suitable for every age group.
- Change directions on the coach’s signal

- After every diagonal dribbling, the direction of running around the square is switched.
