Soccer drill procedure

A good start to a great soccer practice. Two groups dribble around the practice field.

Teamwork is called for, with high concentration while performing this drill.

Description

The players run in two groups around the field of cones. The distance between the groups should always stay the same. The first player in every group is responsible for keeping the correct distance.

Variations

- Change directions on the coach’s signal
- Different dribbling techniques
- The groups try to catch one another
- Run clockwise

Maximum group size: 10 players per team
Materials required: Each player one ball, 4 cones
Field size: Make the side of the square at least 10 meters in length.
