Soccer drill procedure

The way to the other side of the field leads through the center; but there is little space there. Players must take their eye off of the ball when dribbling; only then can they change sides without bumping into one another.

Description

The first player in each team starts dribbling, passes the coach on the right and dribbles to the other side.

Variations

- Different dribbling techniques
- Pass the coach on the left

Soccer coach tips

- Always train using both legs!
- Push for increased speed
