The movement sequence will become really difficult only at high speed. The problem is caused by drawing in the ball sideways and then kicking with the left foot. What is difficult are not these actions, but the execution while moving forward. It should appear smooth; you'll see that the hitch lies here.
When dribbling, the ball is guided closely with the right foot. Then we drag the ball with the right sole to the left side; watch out for a slight forward motion. The right foot is placed on the left side, while keeping clearly away from the ball. We kick the ball with the left foot curving around the right leg in the running direction. We reverse and continue dribbling forward, without knotting the legs and losing balance. The action is repeated in a dribble.
- Pay attention to both legs, of course!
- Fluid motion
- Start in slow-motion
