Soccer drill procedure

In order to learn the sequence, the ball should be kept slightly ahead of the player, followed by kicking the ball back and forth with a slight hopper. Think of an imaginary defender who is in constant retreat. We then use the surprised face of the defender to draw the ball with the heel lightning-fast in another direction.


Our player draws the ball past the cone at an angle of approximately 90 degrees. It is also conceivable to reduce the angle to 45 degrees, in order to get past the opponent directly in the direction of the goal.


- Always train using both legs!
- Practice the trick with a passive defender
