Soccer drill procedure

Johann Cruyff was a Dutch national player and trainer of Ajax Amsterdam and of FC Barcelona. He is considered one of the best playmakers in soccer and was active during the seventies.

In animation, the moment of the turn is presented slower than live, when the turn is very quick and full of dynamic. The ball is always played from whence it came (180 degree turn).

Very difficult turn. With a little hopper the left leg is put on the other side of the ball. But not enough! While in the air, a turn opposite to the running direction takes place, followed by the kick with the right forward section of the foot.

- Always train using both legs!
- Practice the trick with a passive defender

Soccer coach tips
