Soccer drill procedure

Every player tries to create the required formation. Quickly gaining one’s bearings and noticing gaps are the goals of this drill. This is a good and easy introduction to defending in the penalty area. This can be very difficult at first, but they’ll get used to it. What is even more difficult is maintaining an overview when more than one group is practicing in one area at the same time.
