Quick adapting is required. After the shot, the attacking player becomes immediately the defender and looks for tackles. During a game, it often results in disadvantages if the players are not able to react to a new situation after an action.
On command of the coach, the first player starts into the direction of the goal and shoots. Immediately after this, he tries to tackle the player who has already started from the other side of the practice field. The second player also tries to score a goal. If the defender wins the ball, he should head to the goal and score himself.
- For each scored goal, the scorer receives a point and for each attack without scoring, the defender receives an additional point
- Change of positions after the end of the drill
- Demand intensive tackling!
- Demand feints!
