Soccer drill procedure

Now we’re going to step the drill up a notch by introducing longer running distances and letting the players choose who goes next when they receive the ball. Now we want to see more dynamism from the players – higher speeds, and quick adaptation to different situations.

Description

The drill is carried out in a similar way to the introductory drill. Now it doesn’t matter who receives the long pass, and the running paths change correspondingly. After their turn, the players join the group on the opposite side of the rectangle, without disturbing the drill.
