Soccer drill procedure

It looks comical, it's hilarious and fun, the row race. It is important to let the drills run longer to achieve the greatest possible success from training. The learning effect is very large for each player, because of the high intensity.

Description

Each player on the left side of the drill field has a ball. On command, they pass directly to their fellow player on the other side of the field. The pass receivers play the ball back. A player (the one on the bottom edge) immediately goes around his group and takes his place at the other end of the row. The row moves up one position each time. The players then wait for the next pass and the drill begins at the beginning. The groups change sides after some time.

Variations

- Incorporate different running techniques or actions when going around
- Different passing techniques

Soccer coach tips
