Soccer drill procedure

Every soccer player and coach knows this drill, so we’re using this sequence as an introductory drill for this training unit and will up the skill level as we go. Once it works perfectly, remove this drill from practice and as a pre-game warm-up. We see this type of drill as a gap-filler; the additions are much better and more exciting.

Description

The players pass the ball to a designated player, who relays the pass towards the goal with his foot (delivery).
