Soccer drill procedure

The video shows four variations of this drill. You can sketch your own creations in the PDF, our proposals are already there, of course. This is a simple drill that is easy to set up and is time consuming, depending on the amount of variations you offer. It is imperative to offer contests.

Description

Two players start at the same time and follow the given dribble path. Please take the basic structure from the video or the PDF.

- Two groups start simultaneously from the other side of the exercise.

- A competitive aspect can be introduced
