Soccer drill procedure

The distance to be covered is increased. All of the running and dribbling paths remain simple; but now concentration must be kept for longer. The pace can be increased even more on the outer lane.

Description

Four groups spread out around the marked square. The first player in each group dribbles diagonally to the marker on the other side, goes around the cone and then returns to the starting group via the outer lane.

Variations

- A competitive aspect can be introduced
- Different dribbling techniques

- Push for increased speed
