Soccer drill procedure

We’ll now start from all positions at the same time, but with only one ball on each side of the drill; just like in the first soccer drill. Players should now try to meet each other exactly in the center of the exercise field, by implementing skillful dribbling and running.

Description

The way to set-up the equipment is described in the first soccer drill.

Both players in the top and bottom groups start at the same time. One player has a ball, the other does not.

When the players reach the center, the ball is passed between them. The rest of the sequence is self-explanatory.

Variations

- Start on each side with a ball; a double ball delivery follows
- Different dribbling techniques
