The dribbling course takes the form of a loop. This training drill has a refinement which gives it an advantage over many others: the players dribble along curves of different lengths and are therefore forced to keep their heads up to see where they are going.
The dribbling path is clearly shown in the animation. I like to do without written instructions about how the drill works.
