Soccer drill procedure
Jump from hoop to hoop. Don’t pull your legs up while jumping. Relaxed and easy, that’s the motto.
The players jump through the hoops with closed legs, as can be seen in the animation. One jump per hoop.
- A competition between groups is possible
- Include a shot on goal
- Hop on one leg only
- Add a jump in the hoop
