Soccer training – Indoor - Exercise:

Previous exerciseTunnel PassNext exercise

Soccer drill procedure

This drill is a bit more difficult if there is only a normal soccer ball available for passing. The ball bounces quickly off the bench so it won’t always be a smooth low pass.

Description

Two players, one of them dribbling, run past a bridge construction. Each ‘tunnel’ is used to pass the ball to the other player. At the cones another pass is made and then a change of direction. On the way back to their starting position they pass under the other bridges.

Variations

- At the cones the players switch sides
- Different dribbling techniques
- Both players have a ball (hard)
- Include a goal

Soccer coach tips

- Tight ball control when dribbling
