Soccer training – Dribbling - Exercise:

Soccer drill procedure

The center cone is gone around one and a half times. The player then joins the group that is posted to the left of his starting group. It sounds comical, but that is the problem. At the end of each soccer drill in this series, the players have to join different groups. This makes sure of confusion when dribbling without concentrating, guaranteed.

Description

You already know almost all of this:
Place the cones in the rectangle as shown in the animation. Note: The greater the distance between the cones, the more intense the soccer drill is. There is a group of players in each corner of the rectangle. The first trainee at the bottom left and top right cone each has a ball. The possessors of the ball dribble to the opposite side, from where a player runs to meet each of the dribblers. At half the distance, the ball is dropped.
The trainee with the ball dribbles diagonally and goes around the center cone one and a half times. He then dribbles to the group that is opposite (left side) his starting group. The ball is then dropped again.
