Soccer drill procedure
This is the introductory drill of this series; classic and simple, it is therefore not a great challenge during practice. Dribbling, dribbling, and dribbling – using both legs and being quick.
The first two players from each row dribble to the first cone and then return to their starting group – as shown in the animation.

Materials required: Each player has a ball, four cone markers
Field size: The distance between cones should be at least five meters.
