Here we show our “Socket” exercise again with four players. Not much changes. Now we have two players in the center, who constantly rotate. Always think of giving your players regenerative breaks, this drill is very run intensive.
The sequence corresponds to that of the first version. There are two players in the center who constantly offer themselves to be passed to, as they continue to rotate. After some time, all players swap positions amongst each other.
- Exercise intensity increases the shorter the distances are.
- This exercise is also fitting as a passing exercise with different pass techniques.
