Soccer drill procedure

When we have successfully absorbed the introductory drill, we can raise the difficulty level. The players now try to cut across the drill field with a double pass. The second pass and the following ball receptions take place against the running direction; this doesn't make the drill any simpler.

Description

Two cones stand vertically, spaced from one another on the exercise field. A player is posted at the side of the forward cone and with his back to the group. This player starts the exercise by running around the cone to the ball group. In the exercise center he receives a precise pass from the starting player of the ball group.
On the way, he works out a precise backpass. The starting player then dribbles to the group. The passer assumes the position at the forward cone.

Variations

- Different passing techniques
- Differently from the animation, the forward cone is staggered to the left from the rear cone.

- Always train using both legs!
