Soccer drill procedure

We’ll combine pulling the ball with the sole of the boot and high-speed dribbling. This drill requires one turn with the ball. The groups start just as in the previous drill, one after the other, or at the coach’s command.

Description

The star is made up of three teams. In the animation you can see a team yellow, black and blue.

The groups switch sides while dribbling. They start backwards (pulling the ball with their sole). In the center of the star, they make a quick turn and start dribbling quickly.

Variations

- Different dribbling techniques
- The coach gives the teams names and randomly calls one team to switch sides.

- Always train using both legs!
