This drill is a warm-up exercise only because of a minor reason. But do not underestimate the technical requirements are much greater. The action in front of the cone must be carried out, not just implied, and it must be clearly identifiable. Start the exercise with a slow, steady pace so that the players can increase the speed later.
This exercise is essentially like the first exercise. The players will dribble directly there right now, but offset slightly to the cones in the center. The ball is pulled over there on the other side and then the pass is completed.
- Stopping short in front of the cone
- Require little loss of speed in the action before the cones
- Correct errors individually
- Do not overwhelm your players
