An drill that has been tested in practice and is particularly useful for youth training. The players are kept moving and the fewer players who take part, the more intense the sequence becomes. In kids’ and youth training, make sure to be mindful of an appropriate strain level for your team.
At drill start, a group is at one corner of the triangle. The smaller the number of trainees, the more intense is the drill. The first group of players has a ball at each of the other two corners of the triangle is a player without the ball. The drill starts with a pass to the right or left.
The passer follows the direction of the pass, runs around the receiver and takes over the position of the player on the other side, who joins the starting group. The next pass from the group then takes place on the other side.
