It now becomes distinctly more difficult, since we do not control the ball completely, because we are instructed to pass. The procedure can also be taught well with just a wall. The most frequent mistake is for the execution to take place at the first contact with the ball. The ball must not be stopped here; we carry the ball along in motion and produce a fluid process. We take the ball out of rotation with high dynamics. To train about the turn as used in practice, a goal shot can then marvelously be inserted.
The ball is passed by a team player or by the trainer, and without the ball coming to a rest it is pulled backward and then carried along into forward motion with a slight kick.
- Pay attention to both legs, of course!
