In the back four, defenders pay great attention to the distance between themselves and others. In this drill, we’re trying to develop a feel and an eye for keeping distance. This important skill is taught in a game. Have patience with your team!

Description

The group-of-four moves to form a rectangle by standing on the corners of the field. The distance between players should stay the same. Changes in direction should be introduced frequently.
