Soccer training – Passing - Exercise:

Previous exerciseLane Pass 2Next exercise

Soccer drill procedure

You will recognize two cone markers in the group with the ball. The difference to the previous drill is in the fact that the start player dribbles through this space enclosed by two cone markers, before the pass is made. It is a real challenge to keep up the speed, as the correct timing of the passes and the pace are not easy to maintain in the drill. The practicing players should pay close attention to be at the correct place in the right moment.

Description

Form two groups; one of them is provided with balls. The start player from the group with the ball dribbles through the space enclosed by two cone markers and then makes an exact pass through the lane between the two cone markers to the start player of the other group.

The latter receives the ball at the right moment. The received ball is dribbled through the space enclosed by two cone markers. Watch the animation closely!
