Soccer drill procedure

Now we take the level of difficulty, to find the appropriate timing, to the next level. Not only do the ball distributer and the player depend on each other. Late comers or bad passers will hold up the drill. This increases concentration and the pressure on each player.

Description

Please read the instructions for the initial drill, the important tasks are described there. One after the other, the two running players are now reaching the position between the pass markings. Whoever arrives first, drags the ball back around one marking, as described in the previous drill. Thereafter, a short pass into the running path of the following player, who must time his speed appropriately, occurs. The rest should speak for itself, now it becomes really complicated.

Variations

- The players decide whether they retreat to the right or the left after the pass, this provides diversity in the running paths.

Soccer coach tips
