Soccer drill procedure

That’s it! Perfect line running. The players change sides –facing each other- four times, then return to the line. That is fun for both adults and children. A drill sequence for every age group.

Description

The soccer drill sequence is the same as the previous drill, but it contains multiple side changes.

Variations

- First step out from the other side!
- Three or more side changes before the players return to the line.
