Soccer training – Goal shots - Exercise:

Previous exerciseOne-Sided Double-Pass 2Next exercise

Soccer drill procedure

Small change to the previous soccer drill. We will now use the three starting cones for a short slalom dribbling and then again attempt the double pass with the two wing players.

Description

The players start slalom dribbling through the cones. The soccer drill will start immediately with a fast pace, the two with wingers is then very difficult to implement. Continue with the soccer drill, this process corresponds to the initial exercise:
Pass on to the first player outside of the position. He plays the ball right back into the path of the starting player. He receives the ball and makes repeated passes back and forth to the second player from the outside. Finally, all that remains is to take a shot on the goal. The practicing player should switch out after a few run-throughs.

Variations

- Finish the soccer drill on the other side
- Different passing techniques

Soccer coach tips

- Always train using both legs!
- Correct errors individually
- Push for increased speed
