Soccer drill procedure

The action in this drill is across and perpendicular to the soccer field. Teamwork is the theme. The players always stay close together and carry out action instructions. The animation makes it clear.

Description

The players run freely in formation over the field. The center player dribbles with the ball on his foot. After some time (or on command), he steps on the ball. The next player takes over the ball and the first player in the row falls back to the last position.

Variations

- Each player has a ball
- Different dribbling techniques
