Soccer training – Warm-Up - Exercise:

Previous exercisePartner Pass 2Next exercise

Soccer drill procedure

The simple pass is not enough for warming up in this drill sequence. We bring a feel for the ball into the drill. From the movements, if this is not easy for all players, the trainer should correct the errors.

Description

The players move around freely in the field. The player without the ball follows the dribbler. After some time, or at the command of the trainer, the possessor of the ball steps on the ball. The ball stays in place and is taken up by the next team player. The player who then has the ball takes over the guidance and the exercise starts from the beginning.

Variations

- Do not step on the ball, but heel-kick it or roll it backward with the sole of the foot.
- Different dribbling techniques

Soccer coach tips

- Always train using both legs!
