Soccer drill procedure

Your players had no problems with the first two drills? Then now it doesn't become any more difficult, since precise passing should now already function properly. We increase the pressure on each individual player, because we now have only one ball in play. One error and the exercise no longer works; make this clear to your players.

Description

Two cones stand vertically, spaced from one another on the exercise field. A player is posted at the side of the forward cone and with his back to the group. This player starts the exercise by running around the cone to the ball group. The first player of the ball group stands in front of the starting cone and dribbles around it. The precise pass is made on visual contact. The pass receiver plays the ball immediately to the first player of the bottom starting group, and then joins it. The starting player assumes the position at the forward cone.

Variations

- Different passing techniques
- Differently from the animation, the forward cone is staggered to the left from the rear cone.
